ZnSe亚微米管的制备及形成机制
Synthesis and growth mechanism of ZnSe submicro-tubes
【摘要】 采用牺牲Zn基片上ZnO纳米柱模板技术,以三乙醇胺(TEA)为溶剂,以HSe-离子为硒源,在150℃恒温8h制备了ZnSe亚微米管。采用FESEM、EDS、XRD、TEM及SAED手段对样品的形貌、结构及成分进行了表征。结果表明,多晶管状ZnSe的直径为150nm左右,且具有封口、规则开口、不规则开口以及呈半管状,管壁由直径约30~40nm左右的颗粒组成。据此形貌特征,依负离子多面体生长基元模型,分析了ZnSe亚微米管的形成机制。
【Abstract】 Polycrystalline ZnSe submicro-tubes on the zinc substrate were fabricated via the sacrificial zinc oxide temple route in HSe-ion solution of TEA at 150℃ for 8h.The structures and morphologies of as-synthesized samples were characterized by FE-SEM,EDS,XRD,TEM and SAED.The average diameter of ZnSe tubes was 100-150nm with the closed ends,the regular open ends,irregular open ends,and even the semi-tube ends.The wall of submicro-tubes consists of the particles with the diameter of 30-40nm.According to the growth unit model of anion coordination polyhedron,the formation mechanism of ZnSe submicro-tubes was suggested.
