非晶Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1合金的形成与热稳定性研究
The formation and thermal stability of amorphous Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1 alloy
【摘要】 采用熔体单辊急冷法制备了非晶合金Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1薄带,在非晶合金制备过程中,铜辊表面线速度分别为49,45m/s,合金中的元素B分别以纯B和FeB形式加入。研究表明,在同一冷速(49m/s)的情况下,加入纯B制备的非晶态合金的晶化激活能较加入FeB略高,其热稳定性较好;而同样加入FeB制备的非晶合金,冷速较快时(49m/s)制备的非晶态合金晶化激活能较高,其热稳定性较好。
【Abstract】 Amorphous ribbons Fe52Co34Hf7B6Cu1 were prepared using the single-roller melt-spinning technique. The surface linear velocity of copper wheel was 49m/s and 45m/s respectively.The adding manners of B in the amorphous are the pure B or compound FeB respectively.This research show that for the same cooling velocity 49m/s,the crystallization activation energy of prepared amorphous alloy by injecting pure B was higher than the injecting FeB,and its thermal stability was higher too.For the same injecting FeB,the crystallization activation energy of prepared amorphous alloy using 49m/s cooling velocity was higher,and its thermal stability was better.
