离子液体助介孔TiO2/CoFe2O4磁性复合光催化材料的制备及性能
Ionic liquid assisted synthesis and properties of mesoporous magnetic TiO2/CoFe2O4 photocatalysts
【摘要】 采用离子液体辅助溶胶-凝胶法制备了可磁分离光催化材料IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4。采用VSM、XRD、BET、TEM表征样品的磁性能、结构和形貌。以亚甲基蓝为模拟污染物,在模拟太阳光下考察样品光催化性能。研究结果表明,样品IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4在350℃焙烧后具有介孔结构,比表面积达125.7m2/g,远高于相同条件下无离子液体辅助制备样品TiO2/CoFe2O4(46.1m2/g)的比表面积。在350℃焙烧温度下IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4光催化活性优于其它样品的光催化活性,是相同焙烧温度下TiO2/CoFe2O4光催化活性的6倍。IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4磁饱和强度为2.19×10-2 T,可在外磁场作用下实现催化材料的回收,循环使用3次仍能保持良好的催化活性。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous magnetic photocatalysts(IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4)were synthesized by a simple sol-gel method using 1-butyl-3-methylimidazoliun tetrafluoroborate([C4MIM]BF4)ionic liquid as template solvents.The magnetic properties,structure and morphology were characterized by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM), X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and brunauer-emmett-teller(BET)analysis.Photocatalytic activity of the samples was evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue(MB). The results showed that with the assistance of ionic liquid,IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4 was mesoporous structure after 350℃calcination and the specific surface area of IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4 was up to 125.7m2/g,which was much higher than that synthesized without ionic liquid(TiO2/CoFe2O4,46.1m2/g).The photocatalytic activity of IL-TiO2/CoFe2O4 was 6times than that of TiO2/CoFe2O4 when the calcination temperature was 350 ℃.The saturation magnetization of the samples was 2.19×10-2 T,which ensured the recovery of the photocatalytic materials under the influence of external magnetic field.The samples maintain good catalytic activity after recycled three times.
