【摘要】 目的观察养阴活血中药治疗肝纤维化患者的抗纤维化的疗效。方法 102例慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为治疗组(中药+恩替卡韦)和对照组(恩替卡韦),观察治疗前后两组肝纤维化指标4项、肝脏硬度值、门脉内径、门脉血流速度、脾脏厚度的变化。结果两组均能改善肝纤维指标4项、降低肝脏硬度值,但治疗组较对照组为优(P<0.01),治疗组在降低门脉宽度,改善门静脉血流速度上较对照组为优(P<0.01)。对照组无优势。结论养阴活血中药对改善肝纤维化有显著的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Yangyin and Huoxue Chinese medicine by treating liver fibrosis. Methods 102 cases of Chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. one was treatment group( traditional Chinese medicine + Entecavir),another was control group( Entecavir). We observed two groups changes before and after the treatment of the four liver fibrosis indexes,liver hardness value,the portal vein diameter,Portal venous blood flow velocity,the thickness of the spleen. Results Two groups improved the four liver fibrosis indexes,reduce liver hardness value,but the treatment group was better than control group( P < 0. 01). The treatment group reduced the portal vein diameter and improved Portal venous blood flow velocity,which was better than control group( P < 0. 01) There was no advantage in control group. Conclusion Yangyin and huoxue Chinese medicines can improve the curative effect of liver fibrosis significantly.更多还原
