【Abstract】 Divisional system is an important innovative method for promoting management efficiency in enterprise units. In recent years,aiming at domestic traditional framework of functional management,Wuxi Second People’s Hospital has innovatively applied reform of divisional system into hospital management. As a result,remarkable achievements are obtained in flattening administrative management,broadening management service,promoting management efficiency and improving internal degree of satisfaction by merging and restructuring in functional departments.
