【摘要】 东阳市人民医院借鉴现代企业运行机制,研究医院内部经济运行的特殊规律,推行以医疗增加值为核心目标的现代经济运行管理。按照医疗增加值原理分析经济运行要素,通过扩大经济总量,控制变动成本,提高了医疗增加值含量,提升了运行效率和效益,实现了降低医疗费用,维持日常运行,保持适度发展的目标,走出了一条依靠自身内部现代经济运行管理,推动医院可持续发展的公立医院内部运行机制改革之路。更多还原
