【摘要】 目的:建立广西地不容总生物碱的含量测定方法,优选广西地不容总生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验设计,以总生物碱提取率为指标,观察回流时间、提取次数、萃取次数、萃取时间4个提取因素的最佳水平。结果:最佳提取工艺为:95%乙醇回流提取2次,2h/次,氯仿萃取3次,0.5h/次。结论:本提取工艺简单合理,提取率高,具有良好的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for determination of total alkaloids and optimize the extraction process from Stephania kwangsiensis Lo..Methods:Orthogonal Test design was employed,with total alkaloids extract ratio as an index,to optimize four extraction factors:reflux time,extraction times,abstraction times and abstraction time.Results:The optimal extraction technology was identified as:refluxing and extracting with 95% alcohol for two hours twice;three abstractions with chloroform,0.5hours for each time.Conclusion:The extraction process proved to be simple and reasonable,with high extraction rate and good feasibility.更多还原
