【摘要】 目的:比较旋入式自锁髓内钉与交锁髓内钉固定成人肱骨干骨折的疗效。方法:52例成人肱骨干骨折患者,22例患者采用旋入式自锁髓内钉固定(A组);30例患者采用交锁髓内钉内固定(B组)。分析两种治疗方法的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能及并发症。结果:A组平均手术时间为47min,术中平均出血量50ml,明显低于B组平均手术时间为70min,术中平均出血量125ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组Neer肩关节功能评分平均92分,优良率为93.3%;B组平均分为91分,优良率为90.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:旋入式自锁髓内钉治疗成人肱骨干骨折,操作简单,手术时间短,创伤小,效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical effect of rotary self-locking intramedullary nail(RSIN)and intramedullary interlocking nail(IIN)in treating adult humeral shaft fractures.Methods:52cases of adult humeral shaft fractures,22patients were treated with RSIN(group A);30patients were treated with IIN(group B).The two groups were observed and compared on operation time,blood loss,fracture healing time,functional recovery and surgical complications.Results:the average operation time of group A was 47min,the average amount of bleeding during the operation was50ml,significantly lower than that in B group,the mean operation time was 70min,the average amount of bleeding during the operation was 125ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A Neer shoulder functional score was 92,the excellent and good rate was 93.3%;in group B,the average score was 91,the excellent and good rate was 90.5%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Screw in treatment of adult humeral shaft fracture,self-locking intramedullary nail has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,less trauma,good effect.更多还原
