【摘要】 目的:探讨导乐仪在分娩中的镇痛作用和对初产妇的影响。方法:按自愿原则将初产妇200例分为观察组和对照组,每组100例,两组均由助产士陪伴,进行导乐分娩,观察组增加导乐仪分娩镇痛。分析产妇的疼痛程度、产程时间和分娩结局。结果:观察组产妇疼痛程度低于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程、总产程时间分别为(505.0±210.2)min和(557.2±215.8),分别低于对照组第一产程时间(577.9±228.7)min和总产程时间(639.1±229.8)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用导乐仪能减轻产妇疼痛,促进产程进展,提高自然分娩率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the analgesic effects of Doula instrument on the delivery and Influence of primipara.Methods:According to the principle of voluntary,200primiparae were divided into observation group and control group,100cases in each group,two groups were composed of Doula delivery,ready to accompany,the observation group increased Doula instrument for labor analgesia.Analysis of the degree of pain,delivery time and delivery outcome.Results:The maternal pain degree of observation group was lower than that of the control group,the rate of cesarean section was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the first stage time and total labor time of observation group were(505±210.2)and(557.2±215.8)min,lower than that of the control group,the time of the first stage(577.9±228.7)min and the total labor time(639.1±229.8)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Doula instrument can reduce maternal pain,promote the progress of labor,improve the natural delivery rate.更多还原
