Stathmin1、HIF1在宫颈上皮内瘤变及鳞癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】 目的:分析stathmin 1和HIF1在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和鳞癌中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术检测stathmin 1和HIF1在宫颈鳞状上皮、上皮内瘤变和鳞癌中的表达,分析其与临床病理指标的相关性。结果:Stathmin 1在宫颈鳞状上皮、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、鳞癌中的阳性表达率为20.4%、20.7%、21.9%、72.7%和84.3%,CINⅢ级与宫颈鳞癌中stathmin 1表达率较宫颈正常组、CINⅠ级组、CINⅡ级组显著增高。HIF1在正常宫颈鳞状上皮、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、鳞癌中的阳性表达率为17.6%、15.9%、29.3%、73.5%和79.5%,CINⅢ级组与宫颈鳞癌组中HIF1表达率较宫颈正常鳞状上皮组、CINⅠ级组、CINⅡ级组显著增高。Stathmin 1和HIF1在Ⅲ-Ⅳ期宫颈癌中的表达显著高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期,两者表达之间有关联。结论:Stathmin 1和HIF1表达与宫颈癌的发生和演进有关。

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the expression of stathmin 1and HIF1protein expression in premalignant and neoplastic lesions by immunohistochemistry in uterine cervix,and its clinical significance.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique was applied to detect protein expression and their correlation to clinicopathological index.Results:The positive expression of stathmin 1in normal cervical squamous epithelium,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢ and squamous cell carcinoma were 20.4%,20.7%,21.9%,72.7% and 84.3%respectively.stathmin 1positive rate of CINⅢ and cervical carcinoma tissues were higher than those of normal epithelium,CINⅠ,CINⅡ tissues and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of HIF1in normal cervical squamous epithelium,CINⅠ,CINⅡ,CINⅢand squamous cell carcinoma were 17.6%,15.9%,29.3%,73.5%and 79.5%respectively.HIF1positive rate of CINⅢand cervical carcinoma tissues were higher than those of normal epithelium,CIN,CINⅡtissues and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Expression rate of stathmin 1and HIF1in stageⅢandⅣcervical carcinoma were significantly higher than that in stageⅠandⅡ.Correlationship existed between stathmin 1and HIF1expression.Conclusion:stathmin 1and HIF1expression were related to the development and progression of cervical carcinoma.
