【摘要】 在现有理论的基础上,对道德领导在中国情境下具有的内涵进行了深层次的探讨,并在反复检验和修订的基础上发展了中国道德领导的测量工具。研究表明:中国道德领导是一个三因素结构,包括道德品质、尊重与包容、道德奖惩3个维度;基于中国道德领导的内涵编制了中国道德领导问卷(CELQ),数据结果显示该问卷的各项指标都达到了心理测量学的要求,具有较高的可靠性和有效性,项目设计科学合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study is designed to explore the construct of ethical leadership in Chinese context,and to further develop the Chinese Ethical Leadership Questionnaire(CELQ).Results show that:1.Chinese ethical leadership is a 3-dimension construct,including:moral traits,respect and tolerance;ethical rewards and punishments;2.Chinese ethical leadership questionnaire demonstrates satisfying psychometric properties.The reliability and validity analysis reveals that Chinese Ethical leadership questionnaire is well designed with 24 effective items.更多还原
