600MW超临界燃褐煤机组的锅炉选型研究
Study on 600MW Super-critical Lignite-fired Boiler Selection
【摘要】 对燃用内蒙古高水分褐煤的600MW超临界煤粉锅炉和600MW超临界循环流床(CFB)锅炉方案进行了技术经济性比较。研究表明,超临界CFB锅炉在总体性能指标、耗水指标、占地指标等方面均优于充分优化后的超临界煤粉锅炉方案。在建设投资和运行成本方面,超临界CFB锅炉也优于超临界煤粉锅炉。
【Abstract】 Compared the technical and economic factors of 600 MW supercritical pulverized coal boiler and 600 MW supercritical circulating fluid bed(CFB)boiler that are fired high moisture lignite in Inner Mongolia province.The results show that supercritical CFB boilers are superior in terms of overall performance;water consumption and floor space optimize supercritical pulverized coal boilers.In addition,supercritical CFB boilers are better than supercritical pulverized coal boilers in capital investment and operating costs.
