300MW四角切圆煤粉锅炉低氮燃烧的数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation Study of Low NO_x Emissions Combustion in a 300 MW Tangentially Fired Boiler
【摘要】 利用某商业软件对300 MW四角切圆煤粉锅炉炉内流动、传热、燃烧及污染物生成进行了模拟,预测了在现有常规燃烧器与燃烧器在多种改进条件下(主要为不同低位燃尽风率及高位燃尽风的布置高度等)炉内的NO_x生成情况。模拟结果表明:低位燃尽风率对NO_x的生成有一定的影响;高位燃尽风布置高度对NO_x生成特性有很大影响,随高位燃尽风高度的增大,NO_x整体排放水平和峰值都大幅下降,但高位燃尽风布置高度存在一个最佳值。
【Abstract】 The flow field,heat transfer,combustion process and the pollutant formation of a300 MW tangentially fired boiler was simulated in five different cases using a commercial software.NO_x formation in conventional burner and six improved conditions(mainly for different BAGP proportion and UAGP height) is predicted.The simulation results show that;BAGP proportion has a certain influence on the NO_x formation.The UAGP height has great impact on NO_x formation.With the UAGP height increases,the overall emissions and peak value of NO_x decrease.The UAGP height has a optimum value.
