煤颗粒在一定温度和压力下的气化动力学过程模拟
A Simplified Kinetic Partition Model of Entrained Flow Gasifier
【摘要】 IGCC技术是洁净煤技术的重要方向,气流床气化炉是IGCC的重要设备之一。对气流床气化炉数学模型的研究是突破气化炉核心技术的关键所在,通过对从一种简化的气流床气化炉动力学模型人手,建立起气化炉中C、O2以及合成气主要成分和炉内停留时间关系的动力学模型。在已知入口参数的条件下,以预测气化炉出口合成气成分、流量、碳转化率等参数,计算结果和相关学者的论文研究结果相符。通过建立气化炉动力学模型,得出气化炉中C、O2和合成气主要成分随炉内停留时间的变化关系。
【Abstract】 IGCC technology is the important direction of clean coal technology,while entrained-flow-gasifier is one of the most important equipments.Researching on mathematical model of entrained-flow-gasifier is the key point to break through the core technology of Gasifier.This thesis starts from simplified entrained-flow-gasifier kinetic model,and then researches on establishing kinetic model that C,O2,main component of syngas related to staying time in Gasifier.In the condition of knowing the entrance parameter data,will forecast the relevant parameter about syngas component,flow,efficiency of carbon conversion and so on in the outlet of gasifier.The calculated result is corresponding to relevant scholar’s thesis research.According to establishing kinetic model of Gasifier,we got the relationship that C、O2,syngas main component will change accordingly to the staying time in gasfier.
