汽车制动器与车架连接件的有限元分析
FEM analysis of the connection components between automobile brake and frame
【摘要】 汽车制动时地面制动力经制动器、制动器与车架连接件传递给车架及车身,迫使整辆汽车产生一定的减速度,使汽车减速甚至停车以保证汽车安全行驶。为模拟汽车制动时连接件的受力情况,在汽车制动系统工作原理的基础上以起亚K3车型为例,对汽车制动器与车架连接结构进行建模和有限元分析。结果表明:连接件的应力变化与汽车制动力具有对应关系,为汽车制动力在线检测奠定了理论基础。
【Abstract】 The ground braking force is transmitted from the automobile brake and connection components to the car body when braking.Then the deceleration is generated to make the whole car slow down or even stop to ensure safe driving.To simulate the stress of connection components during braking,the KIA K3 car was taken as example to model and make finite element analysis on the connection components based on the working principle of braking system.Results show that the changed stresses of connection components are associated with the automobile braking force proportionally and these lay a theoretical foundation for automobile braking force online detection.
