双风道风送静电喷雾系统试验研究

【摘要】 设计一种双风道风送静电喷雾系统,通过对空心圆锥雾仿形静电喷头增加内外双层风道设计,不仅能使仿形静电喷头在最佳感应区域内获得最大静电感应电流,而且内风道消除了感应带电雾滴在电极内壁产生的吸附滞留现象,外风道还有效地控制了荷电雾滴在输运过程中荷电量的衰减和非靶标漂失,并增加了静电雾流的有效射程。试验结果证明:对于笔者前期设计的流量为290ml/min、锥角80°的空心圆锥雾仿形静电喷头增加了双风道风送喷雾系统后,测试距离喷头0.2m处的雾流荷质比可达1.08m C/kg,雾流有效射程超过4m,水敏纸从0.5~4.0m范围内均可获得理想的正反面雾滴沉积。

【Abstract】 Design a double duct air assisted electrostatic spraying system,by increasing the internal and external double duct design of a hollow cone nozzle with profiling electrostatic electrode,which can not only make the electrostatic nozzle to obtain the maximum electrostatic induction current in the best induc-tion region,and the internal duct eliminates the adsorption generated in the inner wall by charged droplet,and the external duct can effectively control the charged droplets attenuation in the transport process and non target drift,and increases the spray distance.Test results show:Increasing a double duct air as-sisted system to the hollow cone electrostatic nozzle which flow is 290ml/min with 80 °cone angle,when test distance is 0.5 meter,the charge to mass ratio is1.04 m C/kg and the spray distance is more than 4 meters.The positive and negative droplets deposition of water sensitive paper is better from 0.5m to 4 m.
