1KS―1200型起垄开沟机的设计与试验

【摘要】 为实现该项油菜种植技术的机械化耕整地作业,研制了1KS―1200型起垄开沟机,阐述了该机具的工作原理,关键部件技术参数优化等。试验结果表明,该机具能够一次完成开沟、定畦、起垄作业,作业质量好、效率高。

【Abstract】 No tillage swing planting rape technology for ridge side planting cover is a high yield and high efficiency cultivation technology after ditching, ridging, furrow in the rice stubble farmland, and swing planting rape on the ridge, and laying total straw between ridges. To realize mechanized tillage operations of the planting rape technology, the author developed the 1KS-1200 ridging-ditching machine. This paper expounds the working principle of equipment, and Optimization technology of key components. Experimental results show that the machine can once completed ditching, ridging, and furrow, with good operation quality, and high efficiency.
