基于量子遗传算法的挠性圆盘式移栽机投苗系统参数优化方法

【摘要】 为了得到更好的秧苗移栽效果,本文以挠性圆盘式移栽机为研究对象,建立以秧苗落地夹角最小值为决策目标的函数优化模型;应用量子遗传算法对在投苗过程中影响秧苗落地角度的移栽机投苗机构参数、运动参数及栽植参数进行优化。根据本文优化特点及相应选择策略,量子遗传算法中的量子位旋转角度参数值选择为0.01π。在优化结果与分析试验中,该算法与传统遗传算法及改进遗传算法相比,拥有较高运算质量、更好的计算稳定性和较强的寻优能力。研究结果为蔬菜移栽机的机构参数化设计、优化设计和试验研究提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain a better seedling to transplant, this article takes the flexible disk transplanter as the object. An optimization model is established with the minimal landing angel of seedling as the decision objective. The quantum genetic algorithm(QGA) is used to carry on the optimization to the structure parameters, kinematic parameters and planting parameters, which could influence landing angel of landing. According to the optimization characteristics and the adjust tactics of rotational angle of this article, the value of qubits rotation Angle is 0.01π. The optimization results and analysis indicate the optimal approach proposes in this paper has better operation quality, calculation stability and optimization ability than the traditional genetic algorithm(GA) and improved genetic algorithm(IGA). The research can provide valuable theoretical basis for the parametric design, the optimized design and the experimental study.
