气吹式落苗装置有序排苗性能的试验研究
Performance experimental study of orderly rows seedlings on a type of seedling-falling device with air blast
【摘要】 有序排苗是自动移栽机有序投苗的关键环节。针对目前自动移栽机有序排苗存在的问题,研制了气吹式落苗试验装置,并以不合格率和基质脱落率为主要评价指标,试验探究了主要因素(气体压强、穴盘角度、穴盘到排苗输送带的铅垂距离)对主要评价指标的影响规律。试验验证得出:当气体压强为0.6MPa、穴盘角度为70°、穴盘到排苗输送带的铅垂距离为150mm时,有序排苗综合效果较好。
【Abstract】 Orderly rows seedlings is a crucial aspect of an automatic transplanter. Aiming at the problem of automatic transplanters’ orderly rows seedlings, A type of Seedling-Falling device with air blast is developed. And with the unqualified rate and Matrix loss rate as the main evaluation index, experiment explores that the influence law of the main evaluation index affected by the main factors( gas pressure, the distance between aperture disk and the perpendicular distance of conveyor belt with exhausting seedlings, aperture disk angle). Experiment verification and came to conclusion: When gas pressure is 0.6MPa, the distance between aperture disk and the perpendicular distance of conveyor belt with exhausting seedlings is 150mm,and aperture disk angle is 70°, orderly rows seedlings’ comprehensive effect is best.
