农业机械故障诊断技术研究现状及展望

【摘要】 现代农业机械化对农业机械使用过程中的故障预警及故障诊断提出了更高的要求。本文介绍了基于振动信号特征提取及基于关键部件工作状态监测两种可用于农业机械上的故障诊断技术,重点介绍了这两种故障诊断技术的发展现状、研究方法及发展趋势,为进一步发展农业机械故障诊断技术提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The use of agricultural machinery has a very strong seasonal and timeliness. Failure in the busy season, often because of the field repair condition is insufficient, because the fault cannot be repaired in time, and therefore cause great losses. In addition, agricultural complexity is increasing, causes more and more complex fault. Therefore, modern agricultural mechanization has put forward higher requirements for the fault prediction and fault diagnosis in the process of using agricultural machinery. This paper introduces two fault diagnosis technology, first is based on the vibration signal feature extraction second is based on condition monitoring. This two technology can be used for fault diagnosis technology based on agricultural machinery, mainly introduced the development status and research content of this two kinds of fault diagnosis technology, and some suggestions.
