【摘要】 目的:探讨手术室护士颈肩综合征影响因素,为进一步采取干预措施提供客观依据。方法:对某省8家三级甲等医院534名手术室护士进行问卷调查,分析其发生颈肩综合征的影响因素。结果:发生颈肩综合征者441名,发生率为83.05%;不同职称、不同工作年限、不同手术低头时间的护士颈肩综合征发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示:工作满意度、工作紧张感和急慢性咽喉部炎症是发生颈肩综合征的影响因素。结论:手术室护士颈肩综合征的现状不容忽视,应采取有效措施预防手术室护士颈肩综合征的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the prevalence and related factors of neck-shoulder syndrome among Operating Room(OR) nurses, and to provide evidence for further intervention. Methods: Totally 534 OR nurses from grade A tertiary hospital were investigated by questionnaires. Results: The prevalence of neck-shoulder syndrome among OR nurses was 83.05%. There were significant difference in incidence between different title, work experience and operation down time(P<0.05). The incidence of neck-shoulder syndrome is correlated to job satisfaction, work stress, and acute or chronic inflammation.Conclusion: The older, longer working experience, longer operation down time, the higher the incidence of neck-shoulder syndrome.更多还原
