【摘要】 目的:探索一种科学、公正、量化的方法,将护理技术操作的难度和风险因素在护士的岗位管理中得到体现。方法:以全院病房的206名主管护士和护理管理者为咨询对象,对临床涉及的89项护理技术操作进行操作难度和风险评价,并根据得分将护理技术操作分级,和护士分级、病房人力资源配置等进行对应。结果:89项护理技术操作难度得分为1.77~8.20分,操作风险得分为2.03~8.34分。结论:临床护理技术操作难度和风险的评估结果,为技术操作的分级分类、岗位风险评价、病房的人力配置等提供依据,体现公平、公正的原则,有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To search for a scientific, impartial and quantitative method, which could embody the difficulty and the risk factors of nursing technical operations in post management of nurses. Methods: A total of 206 primary nurses and administrators in the hospital were investigated. They evaluated the operation?difficulties and?risks of 89 clinical nursing operation techniques, and linked the nursing technical operation levels with nurse grading, nurse staffing, etc. Results: The operation difficulty scores of 89 nursing technical items were 1.77-8.20, and the operation risk scores were 2.03-8.34. Conclusion: Clinical nursing technical operation difficulty and risk assessment results provide a basis for categorization and classification of technical operations, post risk assessment, and nurse staffing, which embody the principle of fairness and impartiality.更多还原
