【摘要】 目的:将品管圈应用于骨创伤患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防,以降低患者DVT发生率。方法:2012年7月成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,对2012年7-9月住院患者DVT预防中存在的问题进行调查分析,提出改进对策并予以实施,再调查10-12月住院患者DVT发生率,对两者进行比较。结果:开展品管圈活动后,DVT发生率由7.81%下降至3.33%。结论:对骨创伤患者开展下肢深静脉血栓预防的品管圈活动,能够提高患者DVT预防管理的质量,并切实减少患者DVT发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of Quality Control Circle(QCC) on prevention of the lower limb Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT) in orthopedic trauma patients. Methods: The authors set up QCC in July 2012. At first, they analyzed the DVT prevention situation of orthopedic trauma inpatients in July to September 2012, and identified the nursing defects and problems which needed improvement. Then they implemented the intervention and investigate the DVT prevention situation again from October to December 2012. Results: After QCC activities, the DVT incidence rate dropped from 7.81% to 3.33%. Conclusion: QCC activities could improve the quality of DVT prevention management in orthopedic trauma patients, and provide an effective method to prevent the occurrence of DVT.更多还原
