【摘要】 目的:优化设计围手术期护理记录单,探讨其应用效果。方法:将多种护理记录单进行优化组合为一体,应用于临床,对书写所耗时间、书写量及护士满意度与传统计录单进行比较。结果 :使用优化前后的围手术期护理记录单在记录所耗时间及护士满意度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:使用优化后的手术护理记录单能节约护士的记录时间,提高护士满意度,增加护士对病人的直接护理时间,提高手术室工作质量,保证病人安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To optimize the design of perioperative nursing record sheet and to explore its application. Methods: We assembled multiple sheets into one and used it in clinical setting. We compared the recording time and volume and nurses’ satisfaction before and after the application. Results: The recording time and nurses’ satisfaction after using optimization sheet were statistically improved(P<0.01). Conclusion: Using the optimized nursing record sheet could save the recording time of nurses, increase their satisfaction, improve the quality of care in the operation room, and guarantee the patients’ safety.更多还原
