SEAL-100R在桥面防水工程中应用研究

【摘要】 结合广东某高速公路桥面防水层应用SEAL-100R防水密封材料项目,通过室内和室外试验,测定了使用SEAL-100R处理后混凝土的吸水性、耐磨性、抗氯离子腐蚀性和防水性。试验研究表明:水泥混凝土用SEAL-100R进行处理后,能提高混凝土的密实度与强度,提高抗氯离子渗透与抗碳化能力,改善新混凝土的表面收缩与抗裂和抗冻融破坏能力。在桥面防水工程中应用SEAL-100R,能降低施工劳动力成本,且施工简便。

【Abstract】 Based on a given expressway project in Guangdong province which adopted SEAL-100 Ras waterproofing sealing materials for the deck,indoor and outdoor tests have been conducted to study the water absorption,wear resistance,corrosion resistance to chloride and waterproofing of the concrete processed by SEAL-100 R.The results indicate that concrete processed by SEAL-100 Rcan increase the compactness and strength of concrete,enhance the performance to resist chloride penetration and carbonation,improve the shrinkage,anti-cracking and freeze-thaw resistance on the concrete surface.Applying SEAL-100 Rin the bridge deck waterproofing can reduce the labor cost and make construction easy and convenient.
