混凝土再生粉料对水泥稳定基层性能的影响试验

【摘要】 旧水泥混凝土路面板集料化再生加工产生大量的粉料,用于水泥稳定基层可以将其变废为宝。通过对不同粉料掺配方案的水泥稳定集料基层混合料的抗压及劈裂强度、抗压及劈裂模量、浸水抗压强度、冻融循环抗压强度、干缩和温缩的试验测试,对混合料的力学性能、水稳定性、收缩性能进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:再生粉料有利于提升水泥稳定混合料的力学性能、水稳定性和干燥收缩性能,对温度收缩的影响也不大,完全能够满足公路路面基层的应用要求。

【Abstract】 Large amounts of fine aggregate are produced by old cement concrete pavement aggregate processing,which can be used in cement stabilized base.A series of experimental tests of cement stabilized aggregate base mixture for different fine aggregate blending program have been done such as on compressive strength and modulus,splitting tensile strength and modulus,soaking compressive strength,compressive strength of freeze-thaw cycles,drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage,and the test results of different programs are comparatively analyzed on their mechanical properties,water stability and contractile properties.The results show that recycled fine aggregate is conducive to enhance the stability of the mixtures mechanical properties,water stability and drying shrinkage,and little effect on temperature shrinkage,which are fully able to meet the application requirements of pavement base.
