【摘要】 在过去的10余年,我国公路隧道得到前所未有的跨越式发展,但公路隧道运营管理事业仍然处于初级发展阶段,运营管理工作还存在诸多困难。公路隧道运营管理的目标是使公路隧道畅通、安全、舒适、节能。对应上述目标,明确提出公路隧道运营管理的范畴,包括10个方面:交通秩序管理、交通系统管理、交通运行管理、交通运输管理、交通安全管理、交通事件管理、日常运营管理、养护维修管理、运营节能管理和运营管理评价。我国公路隧道运营管理的内容、方法和技术等方面尚缺乏系统化和标准化,亟需编制一批行业标准规范,以更好地指导公路隧道运营管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past ten years,the road tunnels get an unprecedented development in China,but the operation and management for road tunnels are still at an early stage with many difficulties.The objectives of operation and management for road tunnels are to keep a smooth,safe,comfortable and energy-saving passage.In light of above objectives,this paper proposes the scope of operation and management for road tunnels which includes ten aspects of management:traffic order,transportation system,traffic operation,transportation,traffic safety,traffic incident,daily operations,maintenance and repair,energy-saving and operations management evaluation.A systematic and standard set of sector specifications on its contents,methods and technical requirements is urgently needed to guide the operation and management of road tunnels.更多还原
