【Abstract】 The usage of on-site emergency communications technologies in 2013 east China earthquake emergency rescue joint exercises are discussed in details. The authors made a useful attempt to discuss several aspects such as military and local interconnection realizing,disaster information sharing,communication subjects refining and appraisal quantizing. The work in this paper filled the blank of the study on practicability and standardization of the earthquake emergency communications drill.更多还原
