【Abstract】 The power of the academic organization derives from the individual academic rights. The theoretical basis of its legal existence is "Social contract theory". Academic rights are not self-justified for it is the product of the historical development of the university. The formation of the faculty of the university, the evolution of the nature of academic activities, and the interactions between academic bodies and administrative authorities and all contributed to the present unique situation of the academic rights today. The generation of academic rights has unique ecological and modes: Meanwhile, the transferring of academic rights has explicit directions which include goal direction, object direction and fashion direction.更多还原
