【摘要】 本文梳理了研发投入在FDI影响东道国创新能力中作用的传导机制,并基于2002-2012年中国省际面板数据,利用门槛模型考察了FDI影响中国创新能力的研发资金投入门槛效应和研发劳动投入门槛效应。研究表明FDI对我国创新能力的影响有明显的研发资金投入双门槛效应和研发劳动投入双门槛效应:在低研发资金投入和低研发劳动投入省份,FDI对创新能力有负向影响;在中等研发资金投入和中等研发劳动投入省份,FDI对创新能力有较小的正向影响;在高研发资金投入和高研发劳动投入省份,FDI会显著促进创新能力的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the transmission mechanism of the effects of FDI on innovation capability through R&D input in the host country.Based on panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2002 to 2012,the paper uses the threshold model to investigate how FDI affects innovation capability of China by analyzing the threshold effect of R&D capital input and R&D labor input.The findings show that the impacts of FDI on innovation capability have a significant double threshold effect on R&D capital input and R&D labor input in China:firstly,FDI has a negative effect on innovation capability in provinces with low levels of R&D capital input and R&D labor input;secondly,FDI has a minor positive effect on the innovation capability in provinces with moderate levels of R&D capital input and R&D labor input;thirdly,FDI can significantly improve innovation capability in provinces of high levels of R&D capital input and R&D labor input.更多还原
