【摘要】 本文通过定性分析对我国产业结构的现状和特点特别是制造业的总体情况进行了描述,指出我国产业发展存在着在全球价值链上的平均位置较低端、区域发展不平衡、产业升级难度大等问题。根据产业上游度测算法对我国产业特别是制造业的上游度进行了测算,通过与其他国家的上游度值进行比较,得出我国产业处于全球价值链低端的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Not only is the current situation of China’s industrial structure and industrial upgrading a hot research spot for domestic scholars, but is also one of the most important considerations when the government plans and enforces macro control. Through qualitative analyses, this paper describes the status and characteristics of China’s industrial structure especially the general situation of China’s manufacturing industry, pointing out that China’s industry is bottlenecked by problems such as imbalance of regional development and difficulty in industrial upgrading. Applying the industrial upstreamness measurement method, this paper calculates the upstreamness of China’s industries especially that of China’s manufacturing industry. Comparing the industrial upstreamness of China with that of other countries, this paper reaches the conclusion that China’s industry is positioned below the average of the global value chain.更多还原
