高速切削中工件热变形误差形成机理研究
Research on Thermal Deformation Error Formation Mechanism of High Speed Cutting
【摘要】 在三维车削模型的基础上,使用有限元软件Deform-3D对高速切削中车削速度、进给速度和背吃刀量进行了正交车削试验。根据试验结果提出了三维车削模型的工件热变形误差形成机理,在此基础上从刀具和加工工艺的角度提出了减少工件热变形误差的方法。
【Abstract】 Based on three- dimensional cutting model,using the finite element software DEFORM- 3D,studied by orthogonal experiments of the cutting speed,feed rate and cutting depth in high speed cutting. According to the experimental results obtained and proposed the formation mechanism of thermal deformation error of the workpiece turning model.Based on the mechanism,from the cutting tool and machining,proposed methods to reduce the error of workpiece in hot deformation.
