巷道堆垛机模块和参数化设计与仿真
Stacker Desktop Module and Parameterized Design and Simulation Analysis
【摘要】 巷道堆垛机是自动化立体仓库的主要设备,其结构好坏直接影响立体仓库的效率和性能;文章利用UG模块化参数化设计得到模块,对模块进行装配得到三维堆垛机结构;运用经验计算和ANSYS分析,分析所设计结构是否合理;为堆垛机快速高效结构设计提出一种应用方法。
【Abstract】 Stacker machine is main equipment of automation stereoscopic warehouse,its structure is good or bad directly affect the efficiency and performance of a warehouse; Using UG modularization parametric design module,the module assembly for three dimensional stacker structures; Using empirical analysis,calculation and ANSYS to analyze the design structure is reasonable; For the stacker design in this paper,a fast and efficient structure design method can be applied.
