基于遗传算法的智能化刀具选配系统的开发
Development of Tool Selection System of Intelligent and Automation Based on Genetic Algorithms
【摘要】 开发了智能化选刀系统的硬件;提出了基于遗传算法的智能化刀具选配方案,并介绍了将加工条件参数化为环境因素和将刀具信息参数化为基因的方法;构建了智能化选配系统的逻辑结构;通过模糊综合评判、概率统计等数学方法建立了刀具适用度函数的数学模型;以C++为平台编制了系统程序;并以实例对智能化选配系统进行了检测和评估。
【Abstract】 The hardware of this tool selection system of Intelligent and automation was developed. A proposal was pick out that was tool selection of intelligent and automation based on genetic algorithms instead of artificial tool selection,which introduced methods to transform processing conditions to environmental factors and tool information to genes. It was worked out what was the structure of the tool selection system of intelligent and automation. The mathematical models of the fitness function was founded through comprehensive assessment from fuzzy mathematics,probability statistic and so on. This system was programmed by C + +. A example was done to evaluate to this system.
