【摘要】 卓越教师的实施是基础教育与高师院校发展的双重需要。卓越教师培养是一个系统过程,需要历经四个时期:初级阶段、有效能阶段、高效能阶段与形成阶段,四个阶段的卓越教师培养具备不同的标准与要求。高师院校实施卓越教师培养计划主要集中在前两个阶段,培养需要进行一体化设计,包括人才培养方案设计、课程设计、实践教学设计等。高师院校在培养卓越教师过程中存在的主要问题应该引起高度的重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of excellent teachers training plan is the dual need of basic education and development of normal colleges and universities.Outstanding teacher training is a systemic process,which experiences four periods:the primary stage,the effective,the efficient and the formation stage,and the four stages of outstanding teacher training have different standards and requirements.Normal colleges’and universities’implementation of excellent teachers plan is mainly concentrated on the first two stages,and they adopt an integrated design for cultivating need,including the design of the talent training scheme,course design,practical teaching design,etc.Normal colleges’and universities’the main problems existing in the process of cultivating excellent teachers should by given full attention.更多还原
