【摘要】 在历史文化街区中,不能简单地将其保护和发展视为仅是对物质空间与非物质文化的保护及传承,不应只有针对物质空间和非物质文化的保护措施,还应有针对社会事物方面的管理措施。研究以温州庆年坊历史文化街区为例,通过对街区现状问题的分析,探讨有机更新理论在实践中的应用,并提出更新人口、梳理产权、改善空间和完善管理体制四大应对策略,以期为其他地区历史文化街区的更新提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 To the historical and cultural blocks, can’t take its protection and development as a simple protecetion and inheriting to the material space and intangible culture, can’t only protect the material space and intangible culture, also need to research the management measure to society matter.
