【摘要】 当前我国城市社区规划实践已初步形成了建立社区规划公众参与平台、编制综合性社区规划和编制以改造项目为主导的社区规划三种方式。研究在分析现有实践方式和借鉴国外社区规划经验的基础上,提出我国社区规划编制模式可分为发展策略型、综合规划型和行动计划型三种类型,论述了三种编制模式的规划目的、工作过程和成果内容,讨论了当前阶段社区规划与城市规划体系和政府行政管理体系的关系,并对我国社区规划的编制和开展方式提出了实施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Present community planning practice can be concluded as three types by their contents: public participation platform, comprehensive community planning, and renovation projects. The paper concludes existing practice and experiences, and summarizes community planning compilation as three types: development strategies, comprehensive plan, and action plan. The paper discusses the goal, process, and content of the above three types, and the relationship between community planning, city planning, and planning administration, and offers suggestions for community planning development.更多还原
