【摘要】 文章对衡量北京人口、资源、环境协调发展评价指标体系的构建进行研究,通过利用曲线插值和拟合方法、多目标优化方法得综合性评价指标,探讨了量化指标体系的构建方法。文章最后从子系统的划分、影响因素的分析、离散型多属性指标的获取、灵敏度不高的指标剔除等方面探讨了评价指标体系构建中应采取的技术手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The evaluation index system of construction method about Beijing coordinated development for population,resource and environment were discussed in this paper. By using the curve fitting and interpolation method, the multi- objective optimization method to comprehensive evaluation index, discusses the quantitative index system construction method.
