【Abstract】 This paper combined with the reality, analyzed the present regional resource-based economic structure adjustment in China. it pointed out that the resource-based regional economy constantly dependent on sector technology and institutional change path,which has become an important obstacle in the current economic transformation. In the process of transition of China’s economy, the economic independence between regions is more obvious, the dominant position of the regional economy are more prominent, the objective requirements of the regional economy must adapt to the requirements of the market economy system in transition.
