【摘要】 目的了解农村老年人健康状况及疾病负担,发现存在的问题并提出政策建议,同时为政府制定政策、规范医疗机构管理提供科学依据。方法根据1 156份老年人调查问卷的数据资料,运用Excel和SPSS18.0等统计分析软件从人口学特征、社会经济和医疗服务三个方面对山东省R市农村老年人口的疾病负担进行描述性统计分析。结果 R市农村老年人患有慢性病的占76.90%,女性老年人患病比例高于男性老年人患病,患有心脑血管疾病的比例为70.07%;农村老年人医疗支出占日常消费性支出比例大,且医药费用支出差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性病已成为山东省农村老年人最主要的经济负担,应加强农村老年人慢性病的公共卫生服务,减轻疾病负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Propose recommendations to improve the control for the most vulnerable elderly in rural Shandong Province, through describing the rural elderly health gap between demand and service supply, and demand can affect the health of the elderly and health service supply and utilization factor. Methods This study based on 1156 old people questionnaire data, by use of Excel and SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software from the demographic characteristics, social economy and medical services three parties and R county in Shan Dong province disease burden of the aging population in the descriptive statistical analysis. Results Rural old people suffering from chronic diseases(76.90%), older women ratio is higher than that of male disease in the elderly. With the proportion of patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel is 70.07%; The rural elderly health spending accounts for large daily consumer spending. Medical expense difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The chronic diseases are the main death causes of the elder in Shandong province and they bring heavy economic burdens, so we should strengthen the preventive and control measures.更多还原
