和田河流域社会经济发展对环境污染的影响评价
Impact Evaluations of Environment Pollution with the Economic and Social Development in Hetian Watershed
【摘要】 通过环境库兹涅茨曲线理论,结合流域近10年来的经济发展对环境污染的影响和演变趋势,分析评价和田河流域经济社会发展与环境污染之间的相关关系,为加强内陆河流域生态环境保护,缓解环境问题对经济社会发展的制约提供借鉴。结果表明,二氧化氮(NO2)和总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)与人均GDP的相关性较高,而二氧化硫和降尘与人均GDP的相关性较弱。2001年以来,随着人均GDP的增加,和田河流域二氧化硫和二氧化氮呈先增加后趋于减少趋势,而总悬浮颗粒物和降尘则呈先减少后缓慢平稳的发展趋势。和田河上、下游地表水污染指数与人均GDP的相关性较高,地表水综合污染指数较稳定,水质符合地表水Ⅲ类标准。和田河流域地下水总体水质优良。
【Abstract】 According to the effect and changing trend of the environment pollution with the economy development in Hetian river basin in the past ten years,the relationship was analyzed and evaluated between the social economy development and the environmental pollution through the Kuznets curve theory.The results indicated that the relativity was higher between NO2(or TSP) and GDP per person while the relativity was lower between SO2(or dust)and GDP per person.The concentrations of SO2 and NO2 improved firstly and reduced then with the increase of GDP per person,while the concentrations of TSP and dust decreased firstly and changed slowly stably then with the increase of GDP per person.Pollution indices of surface water in up and down of Hetian river were stable and the surface water quality was identified as class Ⅲ.The groundwater quality was well on the whole.
