地方高师院校化学专业分类培养与课程体系设计初探——以长江师范学院为例
Designing a Classification Training and Curriculum System for Chemistry Major in Local Normal University——Taking Yangtze Normal University as an Example
【摘要】 为提升化学师范生就业竞争力,满足学生个性发展和社会多元化人才需求,本文提出了化学专业试行"1+1.5+1.5"分段基础上的分类培养模式。化学专业分类培养遵循"以学生为本,以社会需求为导向,促进学生全面发展为目的"的办学理念,按"低年级夯实基础,高年级分流培养"的原则,形成"基础平台+方向模块"的弹性课程体系。实现分类培养还需要相应的师资条件、实践教学条件和制度条件支撑。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the chemical normal students’ employment competitiveness,satisfy development needs and the social demand of diverse talents,this paper puts forward trial "1+1.5+1.5" classification training mode in chemistry major.In accordance with the educational philosophy of"student-oridented,on-social demand guiding,and aiming to comprehensive development",a flexible curriculum of"basic platform +orientation module"was constructed on the basis of the principles of"solid foundation for low grades,and classification training for high grades".The classification training needs the supports from the appropriate teacher teams,institutions and facilities.
