【摘要】 本文结合柳州经济发展需求,针对目前高职自动化专业毕业生普遍存在的突出问题,通过构建与实践契合区域经济发展的高职自动化技术专业"343"人才培养模式,阐述了通过"3"阶段顶岗实习、"4"领域课程体系以及"3"等级职业资格培养过程,完成高职自动化专业高技能人才培养的探索与实践,提高毕业生就业质量,为地方高职人才的培养模式创新提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the need of the develpment of Liuzhou’s economies and the widespread problems in the automation major in vocational school,a kind of "343" talent training mode for the automation major in vocational school was put forward.The mode included "3" phase internships, "4" fields of curriculum system and "3" grades occupation qualification training.By the talent training mode,the talented persons in vocational school for the automation major will be cultured and the qulity of vocational graduates will be improved at last.This will provide some experience for the development of the innovate talent training mode in region.更多还原
