【摘要】 国家对高职院校双师型教师队伍建设提出了新的要求,本文通过对双师素质教师的内涵进行分析,针对双师素质教师队伍建设存在的问题,以广西机电职业技术学院建设国家骨干高职院校为例,从建立健全双师素质教师培养制度、拓宽双师素质教师引进培养途径以及加强兼职教师队伍建设等方面提出了加强双师型教师队伍建设的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new requirement has been put forward in the construction of double title teachers team in national backbone higher vocational colleges.This paper,based on analyzing the connotation of quality of double title teachers,aiming at the existing problems in construction of double title teachers team,takes Guangxi Technological College of Machinery and Electricity as an example,puts forward some measures in constructing the quality of double title teachers,establishing perfect training system and strengthening construction of part-time teacher team.更多还原
