【摘要】 高水平地方大学要提升核心竞争力必须以优势、特色学科及学科群建设为核心。在阐述优势特色学科群建设的意义、构建的基本原则,并以海南大学优势特色学科群构建雏形为例的基础上,提出学科群构建基本框架结构,分析存在的问题。最后从学科群系构建、政策机制完善、组织管理和制度建设、政府支持等方面,提出了优势特色学科建设的基本思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The improvement of the core-competitiveness of a high level local university must keep the discipline of characteristics and advantages,and discipline group construction as the central task.This paper starts with analyzing the meaning of the discipline group construction of characteristics and advantages.It takes the discipline group construction rudiment of Hainan University as an example,puts forward its principle and basic frame structure and analyses the problems in the construction of discipline group.It also puts forward its basic thought based on following aspects such as the constructing of subject formation,perfecting of policy system,organizational management,institution building and the supporting of local government.更多还原
