嵌段共聚物热解法制备硅基多孔陶瓷的研究进展

【摘要】 热解嵌段共聚物是最近发展起来的一种制备多孔陶瓷的新方法,因其具有可灵活调控孔结构的优势而逐渐受到关注。目前采用该方法制备的主要有硅氧、硅碳、硅氮等硅基多孔陶瓷。依据所用聚合物,多孔陶瓷的制备可分为有机嵌段共聚物/陶瓷前驱体共热解法及有机-无机嵌段共聚物一步热解法两种途径。近年来一步热解法逐渐受到研究者的关注,因为它可以直接通过嵌段共聚物微相结构的控制达到热解陶瓷成孔形状、孔径大小、有序性及比表面积等参数的较好调控,有望拓宽多孔陶瓷的应用领域。本文对这两种制备方法进行了比较,综述了国内外相关研究进展。

【Abstract】 Recently,preparation of porous ceramics by the pyrolysis of block copolymers has received considerable attention as a new promising method,due to the advantages of facial processibility and flexible adjustment with porous structures.There are two main methods to prepare the silicon-based porous ceramics,one-pot pyrolysis of organic-inorganic block copolymers and copyrolysis of the block copolymer and silicon-based ceramic precursor.These years one-pot pyrolysis was very concerned because of the pore size,shape,orentation and the specific surface area of ceramics,which can be well controlled by the microphase separation of the block copolymer.This paper compares the two methods,reviewing the progress at home and abroad.
