猴耳环药渣/HDPE复合材料的制备与力学性能研究
Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Residue of Pithecellobium Clypearia Benth/High Density Polyethylene Composites
【摘要】 对猴耳环药渣进行蒸汽爆破预处理得到猴耳环药渣纤维,与高密度聚乙烯复合制备复合材料,实现了猴耳环药渣废弃物资源的高值化利用。测试了复合材料的力学性能,用扫描电镜观察不同处理方式的猴耳环药渣以及所制备的复合材料拉伸断面的形貌,分析了经不同方式处理的猴耳环药渣的主要成分。结果表明,蒸汽爆破处理药渣可使纤维束解离出纤维细胞作为增强材料;蒸汽爆破次数会影响复合材料最终的力学性能。猴耳环药渣蒸汽爆破4次制备的复合材料的力学性能最优。
【Abstract】 The residue of pithecellobium clypearia benth(PCB)were pretreated by steam explosion to obtain PCB fibers. The composites were prepared by mixing steam exploded fibers with high density polyethylene(HDPE)to realize the highvalue use of PCB.The mechanical properties of the composites were measured,the morphology of steam exploded PCB fibers and tensile-fractured composite surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscopy,the main components of PCB fibers with different treatment methods were analyzed.The results show that the fiber bundles of PCB can be separated into fiber cells by steam explosion,which can be used as reinforcement material;the steam-explosion times affects the mechanical properties of composites.The mechanical properties of composite with PCB steam-exploded 4times are the best among the prepared composites.
