改性粉煤灰填充天然橡胶的性能研究
The Study on Stuffing Properties of Natural Rubber Reinforcing by Fly Ash
【摘要】 通过煅烧温度、偶联剂用量、煅烧时间三个因素来研究粉煤灰的活化改性条件。将活化改性的粉煤灰填充天然橡胶,测定混炼胶的硫化特性和物理机械性能。结果表明,高温热处理有助于提高粉煤灰对天然橡胶的补强。用硅烷偶联剂KH570改性粉煤灰补强橡胶,其拉伸强度显著增加。当炭黑份数≤20%时,随炭黑的比例增加,拉伸强度快速增加,当炭黑份数>20%时,性能增加的幅度降低。当炭黑比例达到50%时,拉伸强度明显低于炭黑,但300%定伸应力值接近纯炭黑补强天然橡胶。
【Abstract】 By changing the activated and modified conditions such as calcining temperature,coupling agent,calcining time on the fly ash to study the best activated and modified conditions.The properties of vulcanization and physical and mechanical were measured.The results show that high temperature calcing can help the reinfrocing properties to natural rubber(NR)but not obviously.Combined the fly ash with different proportions of carbon black(CB),when the quality ratio of carbon black reaches≤20%,tensile strength of NR will increase obviously as the increment of ratio of carbon black.When the quality ratio of carbon black reaches>20%,the improvement rate of property of NR vulcanizes would be dropping.But when the weight ration of CB reached to 50%,300% modulus of NR vulcanizes is close to pure CB reinforced NR.
