压缩对含β成核剂等规聚丙烯注塑样品皮芯结构的影响

【摘要】 本文对含有β成核剂等规聚丙烯的注塑样品进行压缩,研究了不同压缩比、不同压缩温度条件下,注塑样品的皮芯结构变化情况。结果表明,当注塑样品压缩比达到一定临界值时,压缩可以消除注塑样品中晶体结构的不均一性,对于注塑iPP样品来说,该值介于2和4之间;随着压缩比的增大,样品中的β晶和α晶均被进一步破坏,总结晶度降低,晶体的取向度增加;随压缩温度的升高,β晶破坏明显,而α晶含量增加,晶体取向度均略微增大。

【Abstract】 Series of β-iPP injection samples were treated by compressing with different ratio and temperature,and the difference of the microstructure between these samples was studied.It is found that,for these samples obtained:there should be a critical compressing ratio which might be between 2and 4,and when it reaches that value the structure inhomogeneity can be removed;with increasing of the compressing ratio,bothα-crystal and β-crystal are destroyed gradually,and the total crystallinity decreases but the crystal orientation rises;when the temperature rises,the destruction of β-crystal becomes more significant but the content ofα-crystal increases,meanwhile,the relative orientation of these two crystals both improves slightly.
