恒温不可压缩熔体注塑充模取向应力-形态关系模型理论

【摘要】 研究了复杂物理场作用下恒温不可压缩熔体注射充模取向-形态关系模型理论。针对恒温不可压缩熔体缠结大分子链单体在注塑充模过程中的无轨形变特性,建立了以等效末端距矢量(end-to-end vector,ETEV)为核心的聚合物充模流动诱导取向物理模型;基于不可逆热力学与连续介质力学理论,研究得出了与胡克定律具有类似形式的缠结大分子链单体取向形变模型,进而得出了恒温不可压缩聚合物充模取向应力-形态关系线弹性理论模型;研究了聚合物充模取向的高弹形变特性,引入Langevin模型以表征大分子链单体相关参量与微元体积之间的定量关系,得出了理论上等价、适配性更高的聚合物充模取向应力-形态关系高弹性理论模型;研究了相关理论模型的结构特点与物理性态,并与经典KBKZ模型进行了比较,说明了该模型对表征相关聚合物充模取向工程问题具有较好的适配性与科学性。

【Abstract】 This thesis gives a detailed description of entangled polymer melt orientation stress-morphology relationship model during injection molding process with the isothermal incompressible hypothesis. In view of the trackless deformation characteristics of polymer entanglement macromolecular chain,the end-to-end distance vector( ETEV) was used to describe the evolution of the macromolecular chain morphology during the filling stage,as the core of the orientation deformation physical model. Coupled with the irreversible thermodynamics and continuum mechanics approaches,the orientation linearization model of the molecular chain monomer was conducted,which was similar with the classic Hooke’s law. And the corresponding linearization analytical model showing a similarity in some respect of entangled polymer melt was derived. Considering the high-elastic deformation characteristics of the polymer macromolecular,the high-elastic mathematical model of the isothermal incompressible polymer melt was also obtained,which was theoretical equivalent but higher precision than the former. In order to obtain the analytical form of the high-elastic model,the eight-chain Langevin model was introduced by characterizing the quantitative relationship between the related parameters of molecular chain and the volume of element. Finally,the structure and curve tendency of them were demonstrated by comparing with the K-BKZ model. And the results indicate that the theoretical model is reliable and scientific for describing the orientation problem.
